Our Potato & Farmer's Cheese Pierogi are the traditional favorite that holds a special place in our hearts. This recipe has been passed down from our owners' mother and grandmother, Babcia Lubomira.
We prepare the filling by mashing the potatoes, caramelized onions, and farmer's cheese with a handheld masher, allowing the distinct flavors to shine through without turning them into a puree.
