Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

·       Product Condition: The product arrived damaged, of poor quality, or did not match your order. Videos or images are required for proof.

  • Time Frame: Requests for refunds must be made within 6 hours of the delivery time. After this period, refunds will not be processed.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable Goods: Products that were not immediately consumed or stored at an appropriate temperature in refrigerator/freezer upon arrival.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards and vouchers are not eligible for refunds.

3. Process for Refunds:

  • Initiating a Refund: To start a refund, contact our customer service team at anna@janikspierogi.com. Provide your order number, and reason for the refund. Photos and videos for proof are required. We will respond within 24 hours.
  • Return Shipping: Due to the perishable nature of frozen foods, we do not accept returns.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your email with photos/videos, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately anna@janikspierogi.com with details and vidoes/photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges:

  • Product Exchanges: We do not provide exchanges due to food safety.
