Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Packaging: All frozen foods are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they remain frozen during transit.
Delivery Confirmation: We recommend that someone be available to receive the package upon delivery to ensure the frozen foods are promptly stored.
